Corrective Exercise
A key component to my corrective exercise prescription is the goal of attaining or maintaining good posture. Correct posture is a good habit that contributes to the overall well-being of an individual. Conversely, poor posture is a bad habit and, unfortunately, is all too common. Postural faults that persist often give rise to discomfort, pain, or even disability.
My series of assessments used to identify postural and autonomic nervous system dysfunctions help me design a sound program that achieves exceptional results. I stress excellent exercise technique and know that to produce the desired result, the performance must be done correctly. I understand how energy-balancing exercises reduce total body stress and know when to use these types of exercises with different clients.
